Help Desk and PC Maintenance
DataFlow Systems provides network, desktop, and help
desk support. We manage local area networks, including e-mail services,
backup and recovery, preventative maintenance, virus protection, and
security. Desktop and help desk support can be provided on site or using
remote access and automated techniques. DataFlow Systems provides first
line desktop support for PCs and peripherals, working closely with you
to solve and resolve network related problems and instruct users in the
proper use of COTS or in-house developed applications. We can also act
as a vital interface with vendors to arrange maintenance for contracted
equipment.
